Official Real Madrid Store is committed to ensuring every Madridista is satisfied with their purchase; you may return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized jerseys and custom memorabilia are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, including the printed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship to Madrid

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
